Our collaboration begins with an initial meeting at your location, so we can see the project up close, discuss your needs, and assess the shooting conditions.

 

Quotation

After the first contact, we provide a detailed financial offer within 24–48 hours.

 

Photoshoot

The duration of the photoshoot ranges from 1 to 3 days, depending on the size and requirements of the project.

 

Delivery of material

The delivery of the photographs takes place within a minimum of 7 business days, with the final timeline adjusted according to the scope of the project.

 

Payment terms

Upon confirmation of the collaboration, a 50% deposit is required at the start of the project, with the remaining balance paid upon final delivery of the material.

 

Copyright

The copyrights of the photographic material belong to Creative Elephants, while the usage rights are granted to the respective client according to the agreed terms.
